This coaching method enables you to achieve your objectives quickly, in tandem with a process of personal development.

Short-term means that coaching takes place in only a small number of sessions. We arrive quickly at a long-term solution by concentrating on positive desires, goals and resources, instead of focusing on problems.

This technique stems from the therapeutic approach developed by Steve de Shazer in the mid-1980s.
