Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is regarded as a radical philosophy and change methodology, since it focuses purely on the positive potential of people and organisations.

We investigate and emphasise the strengths and potential which have been the cornerstone of both past and present successes. The aim is to awaken consciousness of those factors which inject energy and vitality into people and systems.

Unearthing the “heart” or the positive aspects of people and companies, and drawing attention to strong points that can act as the foundations for change are the core elements of this approach.

The innovative centrepiece of AI – the Appreciative Interview – is aimed at encouraging people to ask each other forceful, inspirational and positive questions. This interview is the starting point for every change process.
