Beeped and pinged, interrupted and inundated, overloaded and hurried – that’s how we live today…..What’s needed is a renaissance of attention – a revaluing and cultivating of the art of attention to help us achieve depth of thought and relations in this complex, high-tech time.”

Appreciative Coaching

Appreciating. Taking targeted, vigorous action in support of change and creating meaningful solutions.

This coaching technique helps you to create an appreciative, positive image of your present and future. Uncovering the wide range of opportunities presented by your current situation enables you to construct a fulfilling future.

Positive, inspirational and powerful questioning is at the core of this change for the better. The process is centred around a collaborative search for the most effective and positive aspects of your personality. We highlight your strengths and explore the keys to your past and current successes.

This approach has its roots in Appreciative Inquiry (AI), a positive philosophy and methodology designed to bring about organisational change. AI was developed in the mid-1980s by David L. Cooperrider of Case Western Reserve University.
